Synopsis

Young Christians Beth and Steve, a gospel singer and her cowboy boyfriend, leave Texas to preach door-to-door in Scotland. When, after initial abuse, they are welcomed with joy and elation to Tressock, the border fiefdom of Sir Lachlan Morrison, they assume their hosts simply want to hear more about Jesus. How innocent and wrong they are.

Synopsis

Shot on location at the world famous music festival 'T in the Park', American pop star Adam, and minor British rock chick Morello, are playing at the same music festival. The only other thing they have in common is their mastery of sarcastic wisecracks so when they meet backstage, the sparks inevitably fly. As their childish spat escalates, a mischievous preacher, who happens to be passing by, handcuffs them together as punishment, before disappearing in to the crowd with the only key.

All attempts to break free are thwarted as the prospect of performing on stage in handcuffs together becomes a reality, never mind the prospect of having to go to sleep side by side later that night.

Respective band mates and romantic partners are caught in the crossfire but can only look on as Adam and Morello begin to realise there is no escape.

Tom is forty. He walks out one day, rather abruptly, on his wife and baby boy and his seemingly happy life. He finds himself living on the streets of London. One night alone in a park he is mistaken for a gay man and is set upon by a gang of violent thugs.
 
In A and E the next day Tom meets Aidan, the happiest, fast-talking individual you are ever likely to meet, the complete opposite of Tom. Too polite, or too weak to ask him to leave him alone, Tom tries to get away from this child-like man but with little joy, Aidan sticks to Tom like glue. Tom reluctantly becomes involved in Aidan's life and he quickly realizes that Aidan has problems too. Aidan's 'girlfriend' Linda verbally and physically abuses him on a regular basis.

After being rejected by his former record label for being too old, Johnny passes off the single to a Radio DJ and says it's by a young, unknown Welsh rock band he is managing. Much to everyone's surprise, it receives immediate air play. Johnny and his old band assemble a rowdy bunch of teenagers to be the face of the song and through the process teach them how to have true punk rock spirit.

The emotional core of the film centers on Johnny's relationship with his wife, Jules - an aged groupie who feels the heavy hands of her biological clock ticking away. The film chronicles this outlandish moment in music history from Johnny's point of view, and recounts his tumultuous journey with his wife.

Yoof Projekt is a satire looking at adults' attitudes towards teenagers and young people. the film follows the exploits of Middle-brook city council employee’s as the they attempt to engage the hardest to reach teenagers in their fantastic new youth project specifically designed to curb the excesses of the modern teenager. An arrogant film director is employed to capture and document every moment of the process. Hapless management have already written off the aims objectives and shockingly the outcomes. It is then left to a few disgruntled youth workers to make a success of managements wishes and work with the disenfranchised young people and help them better.
