As the number of abductions increase, key suspects are progressively eliminated, egos clash and tempers fray until the self-centred detective eventually zeros in on his nemesis. In the final confrontation, Andrews realises that capturing the psychotic killer will almost certainly rocket his career, but it will fail miserably, to bring true justice to the missing souls.
