This is the story of X - a little germ entering someone's mouth. X's vision is somewhat blurred. Its vision is in 'distorted 3D'. The mouth is the ultimate frontier between the inside of a creature and the rest of the universe. It is the border control. There is a long process before reaching the heart of the body. X aims to re-produce itself into the heart of the body just like a little mouse.

When inside the body, X the germ can see, feel and breathe exactly what the creature's body breathes, feels and breathes.

The 'Writings on The Walls' is a series of graffiti depicting the life of Paul X,  a young man lost between himself and his ego, and Jane D'Arbanville, a New Yorker in exile, who thought she killed a man whom she thought murdered her boyfriend. The pair are living the lives of two desperados in search of sex and entertainment.

This feature documentary is an interview with several members of a Nigerian tribe called Ijaw, of which several million are living in the oil-rich region of the Niger Delta.

Nigeria is the world's sixth largest exporter of crude oil, holds the fourth largest reserve of oil and gas and is an important supplier of oil to the US. Since the British left Nigeria in the 1960s the country has been in a state of semi-civil war, wracked by religious conflicts, and its natural resources looted by western companies, as a result of which millions of people have died.

The people interviewed in this film have all suffered horrendous violence in their struggle for independence. Some have been on death row, some raped, some kidnapped and even tortured. Off camera they are quite willing to talk but on camera they were too scared because of possible repercussions. Their story still transpires throughout these portraits.
The project started in January 2000 and by September 2004, during which time the media had changed their general mood be describing the situation of 'gangs, local tribes and the oil companies in conflict' as 'armed militants and guerrillas against the government in a war zone'.

Synopsis

It is based on the real-life TV game show: 'The Kelvin Game Show' or the 'Psycho-Show'. The 'patients' or ‘contestants’ are psychoanalyzed in the dark and are locked in a house for one month.  The project is a journey into the brain of four contestants.  Their state of mind is measured by two thermometers, one filtering the Kelvin degree and the other the EST degree, a mental state.

The film opens many years later with 2 of the contestants watching episodes of the TV show.
