Synopsis

One woman. One man. Both mystified beyond belief over their apparent inability to escape the woods they both find themselves in. An invisible force-field prevents them escaping and they realize they are unwittingly stuck in a video game. Forced back to a nearby field, they realize that their troubles have only just begun, and have no idea how to get back to reality.

The Scottish filmmaker Bill Douglas's reputation rests on the trilogy of films he made in the 1970s about his childhood in postwar Scotland.
