In 1924 Englishman George Mallory was torn between his love for a woman, Ruth, and his obsession with the last great adventure left to man: becoming the first person to climb Mount Everest.
Dressed in gabardine and wearing hobnailed boots, Mallory was last seen alive 800 feet below the summit. Then the clouds rolled in and he disappeared into legend.
Following his discovery of Mallory’s body in 1999, modern adventurer Conrad Anker became haunted by Mallory’s story. In 2007 Conrad returns to Everest to lay Mallory’s ghost to rest. He risks everything to discover the truth about this compelling and gilded man from a bygone era. And to rewrite history.
This feature documentary is directed by leading film maker, Anthony Geffen, in his first collaboration with Executive Producer, Mike Medavoy.
Liam Neeson narrates the film. Ralph Fiennes, Hugh Dancy and Alan Rickman provide additional voices. Ruth Mallory is voiced by the late Natasha Richardson in her final film role.

Claire lives in two different worlds: dreamlike and harsh reality. Her new neighbour Rex tells her that they are all living in ‘heaven’. He sees that she is carrying a psychic magazine and tells her that he is a psychic too. She is a bit wary of him and ignores him when she can.

Narcissistic and shallow, Anna makes for a strange friend to Claire, but she supports her in her depression – only because of a recent events that has affected Claire’s life. They meet up with Rex in the park and he persists with the idea that they are all living in ‘heaven’, and that his wife is coming. While Claire can only see death; does she see Rex’s perception of his life being in heaven, or is he really quite mad and believes he is dead? While this sounds ridiculous to her, Claire is somehow drawn in by this man’s belief that they are all living in a better place – they just don’t know it yet.

This is Heaven explores people’s perception about the world around them; whether their life is true to others or not, it is true to them.

Every summer, more than a thousand people go looking for themselves and a soul-load of enlightenment at the No Mind Festival in northern Sweden. Deep in the forest, seekers divide into small, random 'sharing groups' and submit to a two-week intensive program of pseudo-shamanic-tantric reiki rituals.
We follow the comical-come-karmic adventures of one sharing group made up of a middle-aged mojo-worn lothario, a Swedish pop star, the requisite Hawaiian hippy, an emotionally fragile Finnish grandma and the audience's sounding board, Nick, an Australian rugby coach who doesn't buy a second of their 'find your inner power animal' antics.
As the fire-walking and tree-hugging exercises continue, however, channels are opened into the very real issues that brought the characters there, including Nick's. In a completely free and honest environment, the camera captures the intimate conversations, startling breakdowns and defining confrontations that pave each of their remarkable journeys towards love, loathing, hilarity and themselves.

Enzo (Julien Guyonnet) and Niko (Alexei Akinfiev) met in Bosnia whilst serving in the UN peace keeping force. Both are studying documentary film at the University of Arts, Elephant and Castle, London.

Nina (Anabelle Munro), who is Niko's sister, arrives in London. She is an aspiring fashion designer and has hopes of making it in the London fashion scene. Her deep christian faith, sustains her life. Unfortunately, just after three days in London, she is kidnapped by Stephan's (Claudio Cicconetti) gang of pimps. It seems so true to Nina that those favored by God find their paths set by thorns.

Enzo and Niko in their search for Nina, finds out that London is a capital city for sex- slaves and she has become one of the many victims of this cruel trade. The police have no answers.

Detective Murphy (Harry Summers) is a cynical and heartless cop in Stephan's pay. Enzo and Niko take the law into their own hands.

In the final shoot out, Nina makes a break for freedom - but at what cost?

A family frantically gets ready, in preparation for the arrival of a guest.

Eve Colman is searching for cheap accommodation. She views a property shared with Adam Smith and decides that this will be her home if she is offered the room.

Eve moves in and holds a housewarming party. Adam painfully makes himself scarce at the party as it is clear to him that he is not an invited guest.

Eve decides to compensate by cooking him a meal, albeit from his own resources and without his permission. They both eat quietly without talking until Eve decides to break the ice. Adam vents his frustration, but is rebuffed when Eve issues him a challenge to cook a better meal. She gets up and leaves the room, slamming the door behind her.

Adam prepares a meal for Eve whilst she is in midst of preparing to find a new home. She is taken by the aromas that come from the kitchen, and is curious to investigate.  Eve to his change of heart, allowing him to be a man and treat her as a guest.

When the meal is over, camaraderie builds and Eve sees an opportunity to nurture a deeper relationship with Adam, and the two of them conform to each other once physical contact is made. The germ of a fruitful alliance is now born.
