All Together Now

Synopsis

Director Adrian Wills, known for his sensitive portrayal of artists and their work, documents the adventure of the Beatles and Cirque du Soleil joining forces to produce the live show Love. Traveling between London, Montréal and Las Vegas, his team tracks the human story behind the production - from its beginnings in Abbey Road Studios to its historic opening night.

Inspired by the energy of cinéma vérité, All Together Now presents dozens of revealing incidents and encounters. Using archival material as well as intimate interviews with Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono Lennon and Olivia Harrison, Sir George Martin, Giles Martin and Dominic Champagne, this feature- length documentary is a privileged glimpse of the artistic process from within the creative circle.

Director: Burnermunde

Two guys on a journey to keep the cameras rolling for 24 hours in East London with no plans of what, or who, they will capture. What ensues is a film that is immediately caught in the tension of contradictions, the cities dizzying highs and bottomless lows immediately visible under the same microscope slide. Displaying London’s unique brand of unbridled chaos, alongside the soul-crushing melancholy of the city, in a haunting, deeply affecting, and hilarious way.
