Synopsis

Tim is a good kid. Tim is a criminal.
Tim has been lucky enough to be taught the cornerstones of basic human decency. He cares for those close to him and is aware of his responsibilities towards them. But unfortunately he has to compete with people who are not complicated by such morality.
