Synopsis

Matt Phlatt lives a normal humdrum life in urban Flatworld, a wet and windy city, alone with his fat cat Geoff and fish, Chips. After an accident at work, in which he receives a massive jolt of electromagnetic energy, a dangerous bank robber is released from a 1930s black and white film... his day can only get worse.
