Synopsis

Today is Ruthie Segal's big batmitzvah. The fish balls are defrosted, the dress is ironed, and the guests are waiting - but Ruthie has a slightly different idea about what it means to become a woman. This short comedy celebrates chutzpah, passion and everyone's secret obsession with shmaltzy musicals.
