Eleven year old Jack Park is in hospital for plastic surgery on his hare lip. After the operation, he goes in search of a mirror and a magical journey begins. His adventure in the strange world of the hospital begins with an imaginary battle and ends in an encounter with a patient who performs impossible conjuring tricks. When the plastic surgeon visits Jack to inspect his handiwork, the boy performs his own trick and disappears.
