Lightning Falls

Synopsis

When Lucas Lawson steps into the boxing ring to obliterate his opponents with his lightning speed, he is a two time world champion, but that was the 1990's.

Since retiring from the ring in 1997 the once mythologised fighter descends into a world plagued by drug abuse and alcoholism.

Now it's 2010 and he is bankrupt and forgotten, fighting for money in the seedy underworld of unlicensed fighting and suffering flashbacks to his glory days brought on by brain damage.

Battling against his own inner demons and plagued by psychotic episodes, the rage that once made him a champion in the ring is about to prove his downfall.
