Rogue Trader

Synopsis

Nick Leeson was an ordinary guy. Young, underprivileged, smarter than average. He just wanted to be rich and famous. In 1995, he succeeded beyond his wildest dreams, making sensational headlines around the world and rocking the ancient foundations of the City of London. Posted to the Singapore office of Barings, Leeson's desperate attempts to cover up his out-of-control trading losses managed to destroy a banking institution which had flourished for 300 years. Single-handedly, the Rogue Trader caused one of the greatest financial disasters in history.
