A couple are returning home on a congested motorway when they are faced with a split-second decision which will either save or destroy them. As a single second becomes more like ten they complete a seemingly impossible manoeuvre and drive clear from the incident in an eerie silence. How could they have escaped when the odds were stacked so much against them? And why do they feel as though they are strangely out of time with everything else?
