Synopsis

A dealing with the Orwellian concept of enforced surveillance, inspired by the increasing appearance of CCTV through the 1990s in the South East of England where the film was shot. The subsequent explosion of reality TV has added a further dimension; where the question isn’t so much who-watches-the-watchers, as who-is-left-to-watch.
