Synopsis

Jimmy looks like a punk, but he's a child at heart.





This modern day silent film follows him through one day - from being thrown out by his girlfriend, meeting the magical Balloon man, being chased by two slapstick thugs, to finding happiness with Iris in a roomful of balloons.
