Synopsis

Champions aren't made in Gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision.
They have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

The Day of the Fight is a behind-the-scenes documentary on Manchester's boxing gyms, Following professional boxers such as the Undisputed Light Welterweight Champion of the World (IBF/WBU) Belts -Ricky the 'Hitman' Hatton and Michael Gomez, and trainers such as Billy Graham, Kerry Hayes Bobby Rimmer, from Phoenix camp and Brian Hughes MBE Moston Collyhurst Gym.
Its not all about Fight Night!
