Synopsis

The story of Algernon Pendleton who lives a quiet and obscure existence in his great grandfather's house with Eulalia, his talkative and jealous porcelain cat. Arrives Madge, a captivating and ruthless professor of Egyptology, convinced there is a buried Egyptian treasure in Al's backyard.
