To Walk with Lions
Synopsis
Tony discovers that his reclusive employer is George Adamson of 'Born Free' fame who, many years before with his wife Joy, set the tame lioness Elsa free in the wild. After Born Free, George retreated from the world to a reserve called Kora. Here he oversees the herds of elephant and rhino, but his main work is to re-introduce dozens of captive lions from around the world, back into the wild. Tony grows to understand the lions and to love them as much as George.
One of the most deadly developments in Northern Kenya is the arrival of bandits or 'shifta' - small bands of renegade soldiers on the run from the wars - merciless toward rhino, elephant and man. A small band of shifta move toward George's camp to kill the Old Lion Man. Tony helps to drive the shifta away, but is too late. George dies in his arms.
George's death has an international impact and stimulates a successful initiative by the Kenyan Government to drive out the shifta and end the poaching.

Ken Russell's The Devils
Director: Ken Russell
Year: 1971
A dramatized historical account of the rise and fall of Urbain Grandier, a 17th-century Roman Catholic priest accused of witchcraft following the supposed possessions in Loudun, France; it also focuses on Sister Jeanne des Anges, a sexually repressed nun who inadvertently incites the accusations. An enduring masterpiece of cinema, KEN RUSSELL’S THE DEVILS is a prescient epic of obsession and corruption – and a defining work of art from seminal filmmaker Ken Russell. Assembled from the original camera negative, this new 4K restoration presents Ken Russell’s definitive vision of THE DEVILS by referencing the edit he privately constructed in 2004. KEN RUSSELL’S THE DEVILS is the uncut and unfiltered theatrical experience that Russell always envisioned.
