Vincent is a security guard. He finds a TV in a litter bin by the side of the road and takes it home to his bedsit. All it has on it is an eye which watches him. He brings his ex-girlfriend home one night and finds the eye watching and screams and yells at it. She gets scared, because she sees nothing on it, and leaves. Vincent finally decides to live with the Eye TV, and getting a new TV, they watch it together.

His latest victim is Cira, an 11-year-old blackberry picker whose mother has pawned their home and land. After Santo's death, Maria Luisa, one of his victims, with the help of Fernando, his childhood friend and lawyer, fights for justice. After a long court battle, justice has finally been served, but not for everyone. Based on a real story.
