A man enters a bathroom and finds a lot of pairs from his own body. This discovery makes him think he is a sum of two. The thought leads him to become two. ‘Wow, look at this’ He says to his double.

Adage is a ballet term which refers to a slow and graceful sequence of movements - in this film artist/ filmmaker Jack Barrett seeks to juxtapose this with disorientating abstraction caused by process and editing. Barrett utilises risograph, mono-print, shadow projection and manual point tracking to create varying levels of abstraction, in turn playing with our associated perception of movement.
