Synopsis

Four friends escape the grime of the city and head out into the woods for a peaceful, relaxing weekend. Events take a sinister turn when a mysterious girl appears in their camp looking for her boyfriend.

Soon the nightmare begins as they find themselves lost in an endless wilderness stalked by a deadly force. As those left fight for survival they will discover the true nature of fear.

Synopsis

LA is a tough place to be a cop but things get even tougher for detective Michael Denison when terrorists target him and his unit in the hope of taking over LA. On top of these he must fend of an FBI agent who is trying to put him in Jail as his demons and closet skeletons come back to haunt him while he tries to cover for his cocaine addicted ex partner and friend Nick. As the plot thickens, guns are loaded, bombs are planted and the terrorists move in closer, Denison will learn that friendship is thrown out of the window and survival is key. The Law has two sides and rules WILL be broken

Delhi Boom! tells the unusual tale of two brothers whose lives change dramatically following an encounter with a woman named Jennifer. Acting as catalysts, subsequent events unwittingly change each brother's destiny in irreparable ways.

Set in one day on the streets of India's capital, what follows is a hard-hitting perspective of a world that comes crashing down on both brothers. Every character associated with them feels the effect of their actions until consequences come full circle by 5pm.

Written cleverly, executed hand-held and edited sleekly by debutant director Sameer Puri, English-spoken Delhi Boom! was shot using extreme wide-angle photography on the streets of Delhi.

Delhi Boom! is the first cult action film to emerge from India, with post production accomplished in Mumbai, London, and Amsterdam. An international crew - including collaborative talent from India, England, Ireland, Netherlands, China, and Australia - worked on the project to realise one vision.

From Sebastiane (1976) to Blue (1992), Derek Jarman’s films constantly interrogated time and art, and epitomised his own era. He was a painter, part of that moment that made sixties London a capital of the art world. He was a film-maker, perhaps the single most crucial figure of British independent cinema through the seventies, eighties and nineties. He lived as a gay man surfing the joys of Gay Liberation and the sorrows of Aids. He lived as a participant observer, noting with pen or camera all that passed before him - from punk to Thatcher, from Hampstead Heath to film premiere.

Now those images serve to place his art in his time, to produce a fascinating history that we can put to use. As well as the feature films and Super 8 films, which span three decades, there are the extensive video clips he recorded from the early seventies, for artists from the Smiths to the Pet Shop Boys, and from television to film festivals in Japan, Berlin and Cologne.

At the centre of the film is the time capsule that Derek left. Before his death, and in the midst of that great creative period that would produce Edward II, Caravaggio and Blue, he recorded a day long interview in 1990 with Colin MacCabe. It is his message in a bottle; a survey of his life from the point of view of his death; a talisman for the future.
