Synopsis

The VR experience, inspired by UK National Theatre director Rufus Norris’ production of SMALL ISLAND, uses immersive technologies and a life-size volumetrically captured performance to take audiences on a unique musical journey. The ceremony of live performance and the craft of theatrical staging magnificently converge with immersive technologies and the musical direction of composer Raffy Bushman to bring a communal audience into a new kind of theatrical space. ALL KINDS OF LIMBO is a fantastical engagement of a musical performance starring Nubiya Brandon, who sings a musical narration of her life in limbo that spans the genres of reggae, grime, classical, and calypso. Through a specially commissioned piece of music, vocalist Brandon, composer Bushman and the NuShape Orchestra take audiences through musical genres including reggae, grime, classical and calypso, reflecting the historic influence of West Indian and black culture on the UK music scene. Synopsis

A reimagining of the events that shook a rural Suffolk town in 2006. The residents of London Road, Ipswich had struggled for years with frequent soliciting and kerb-crawling on their street. They were further shattered when the bodies of five murdered women were discovered nearby. When a local resident was charged and then convicted of the murders, the community grappled with what it meant to be at the epicentre of this tragedy. Using the residents' own words set to an innovative musical score, 'London Road' tells a moving story of ordinary people coming together during the darkest of experiences. The original musical drama 'London Road' was hailed as a remarkable, ground-breaking work during two sell-out runs at the UK's National Theatre. Synopsis

Skunk is 11, diabetic, and pretty cool. The summer holidays have just begun and her days are full of easy hopes. Then Mr. Oswald, the ugly man who lives opposite, beats up Rick, the sweet, but unstable boy next door and Skunk’s innocence begins to be drained away at a speed and in a way she cannot control.
