Springsummer is a digitally treated short film documenting Kei Kagami's Spring/Summer 04 collection. Fashion photographer Enamul and graphic designer Matt Moate have previously worked together on numerous photographic projects but this film represents their first collaboration in moving image. Springsummer seeks to explore the emotive undercurrents of Kagami's groundbreaking work in a delicate fusion of imagery and abstraction played out to a blistering original soundtrack by sound designer Rob Mullender.

Tehran Trace takes the same motion path slowly and silently across four still photographs; the foyer of the Hotel Laleh, the Mirror Hall of the Golestan Palace, a stone arch towards the north of the city, and a bazaar with a view of mountains. Each 'trace' begins close up, curves away from its opening subject and ends with the original image fully framed.

'Part One' examines the themes of memory and reflection.  In 2004, the film was acquired by ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) as part of its permanent collection of exemplary works by Australian and international filmmakers.

This story takes placed somewhere between the present and the future. Loosely set within the science fiction genre we enter a time when the government have declared societies urban youth as out of control and in need of readjustment. Sighting the medias glamorisation and endorsement of images of cultural resistance, namely hip-hops 'ghetto fabulous' aesthetic as a root cause of the problem, a new antisocial law has been decreed. It has been declared that any unruly youth must be rounded up and literally reprogrammed in order for them to fit more harmoniously into current society. The idea is to first remove from their mind images associated with the 'ghetto fabulous' culture and then implant a microchip containing a standardised alternative that allows them to quietly reintegrate.

Untitled Composition #1 is a poetic and surreal study of identity, human relations and self analytical on the very subject of cinema and theatre itself as an artform. This is an experiment in minimalism rather than an attempt to entertain. Two members of a disilllusioned generation, a man and a woman, get together one dark November night to discuss life, love, sex, politics and almost everything in between. At first she is the more talkative of the pair. Using his silence and reluctance to reveal anything about himself, he gradually manipulates her into taking part of his darker agenda. As they slowly start revealing their true identity to each other and decide to play Russian roulette, they begin a journey that will change their lives forever.
