The race to grab the last great prize in mountaineering, K2 in winter, left five dead. It exposed deep fault lines in alpinism today: pressures from commercialisation, toxic effects of social media, and long-brewing tensions between those who’ve been marginalised and those who’ve always basked in the sport’s glory.

An emotionally charged sports drama following Grazyna "The Tramp" Jarzynowska, a British-Polish MMA fighter whose meteoric rise is abruptly halted by an unexpected pregnancy.
An intimate observation of Rainbow Mbuangi, a key player for Merseyside Blind Football Club. The film embeds itself within Mbuangi's daily life, documenting the structured routines, intensive training, and social world that orbit his athletic pursuits. Through a rigorous focus on sound - both the necessities of his off-field navigational aids and the specialized, rattling 'soundball' used in the game - the documentary explores the complex relationship between dependence and autonomy. On the pitch, where he is fully reliant on auditory cues, Mbuangi challenges conventional notions of athletic space and visual interpretation.
The exhilarating yet heart-breaking true story of the meteoric rise of British-Yemeni boxer Prince Naseem Hamed and his relationship with Irish Boxing trainer Brendan Ingle. Naseem faced down the abhorrent racism and islamophobia that swept Britain in the 80s and 90s, to become a defining global icon of the era, both inside and outside of the ring. With his unorthodox style, cocky persona and sheer dominance of the sport, Naseem was as loved as he was divisive, in the public eye, and away from the spotlight. Together with Brendan Ingle - a steel industry worker who ran a humble boxing gym in an church hall in the North of England - they founded an unlikely dynasty that would change the face of boxing globally and launch Naseem as one of the most memorable and controversial global sports stars in history. GIANT is a story about ambition, glory, identity and the search for our place in the world.

With no single protagonist or linear narrative, the film immerses the viewer in a spectacle of strength through an intimate portrait of bodybuilders in the slums of Lagos. Inflated muscles, bulging veins and luminous skin glistening with sweat fill the screen. Shot almost entirely in close-ups, the camera hovers so near its subjects, moving softly like breath on skin, that at times figures become blurred, abstracted forms.
Karimah Ashadu’s slow, measured pans across backs, chests and arms meditate on visibility, drawing attention to the embodiment and representation of the Black male body without rendering it singular or fixed. The metallic clang of barbells is punctuated with guttural sounds of exertion set against the ambience of the streets. Breath and muscle move in syncopated sonic choreography, and the men’s commitment to the ritual of maintaining the body is evident.

A true-life comedy of the most epic proportions, SAIPAN chronicles the events leading up to Ireland’s incendiary 2002 World Cup campaign, when the intense rivalry between Manchester United and Ireland football legend Roy Keane and Irish national manager Mick McCarthy transcended the game and gripped an entire nation.
In 2002 while preparing for the World Cup on the tiny island of Saipan and when Keane was captaining the Irish national side, he and McCarthy had a very public, very bitter disagreement. On the surface, their feud was all about standards, but deep down it was a hugely emotive story of two men whose rivalry and contempt came to surpass the sport they loved, and whose very public falling out was to become one of the most fractious falling-outs in the history of the sport.
