Synopsis

Pete is having a bad day, a bad year, a bad life. Pete Blaggit is a man desperate for a second chance at life. For the past 20 years he's been responsible for the downfall of his family business; Blagmore Wedding Videos is no longer the leading company it once was. It seems that life can't get any worse for Pete. But it does. Strange, unknown forces are occurring in Pete's life that he can't explain; visions and hallucinations that he can't shake off. Whatever Happened to Pete Blaggit is the story about one man's inner journey to outer peace. Pete's hit rock bottom. Now the only way is up.

Synopsis

Despite having excellent witness descriptions of possible suspects, vain and uncompromising police detective Fred Andrews becomes increasingly frustrated by his lack of success into a traumatic series of missing persons investigations.   Fearful that he is replicating the errors of a previously botched-up police investigation, narcisistic Andrews deduces that a mysterious white van is the key to unwinding this growing police debacle, and more importantly the platform for his own meteoric rise throught the ranks. As the number of abductions increase, key suspects are progressively eliminated, egos clash and tempers fray until the self-centred detective eventually zeros in on his nemesis. In the final confrontation, Andrews realises that capturing the psychotic killer will almost certainly rocket his career, but it will fail miserably, to bring true justice to the missing souls.

16 year-old Kelly Ann gives birth to a baby boy, which she is immediately forced to give up for adoption. Six weeks later, in an attempt to get over the emotional upset, she goes on an overnight hike with her church youth group. The group is joined by 18 year-old Lee, the father of Kelly Ann’s baby. Kelly Ann isn't pleased to see him. The rest of the group become worried when Kelly Ann starts thinking she hears a baby crying on the moors. But they do indeed find a baby abandoned in a ruined castle. As they hike back to take the baby to safety, the group is stalked by a wild beast which begins to pick them off, one by one. 'It's gonna kill us all.' 'Not if we kill it first.' The chase begins.

Synopsis

Zohra is a coming of age short film about family independence and growing up. Based on a real event – in 1960 it follows the an 18 year girl, Zohra, from Karachi to London. Under pressure from her brothers, looking for “a better life at her Majesty’s invitation” Zohra arrives in Britain. She soon realises the chasm of culture between and the England and the rest of the world and how it can be bridged. The film is based on the true experiences of young settler, Zohra Naseem Akhtar Bem, in sixties London who was a leading figure for race relations in the seventies.
