16

Synopsis

Echoing acts of horrible abuse that result in death such as the case of 8 year old Victoria Climbié in 2000, 16 explores how abuse and unpremeditated violence occurs. In a contemporary South West England setting, the cause and effect of bullying on both perpetrator and victim creates a modern tragedy and morality tale.
