Synopsis

Nothing ever happens in sleepy small-town Scotland - at least, that’s how things were before local teenage good boy Connor Frick became local teenage trans girl Clem Frick. When her plan to finally score some black-market estrogen hormones is interrupted by her deeply religious mother announcing Jesus’ imminent return, Clem must recruit her emotionally-stunted best boy-friend (but not boyfriend) Crispy and his scooter to deliver her to the dodgy dealer’s doorstep, pronto. But with insecurities, secrets and the threat of impending breast growth driving them apart, can Clem and Crispy’s relationship survive this bumpy ride?
