Forever Young

Synopsis

John Reilly appears to live forever. Philip Sturges is sent to investigate and, in his increasing obsession, finds a truth even stranger than he imagined.

Forever Young is a story of human need and human obsession. When Sturgess is sent to investigate the strange and solitary figure of John Reilly, he has to open his mind to encompass the impossible: Reilly has lived for 350 years, manning a waystation for travellers from other galaxies. His only human contact is with 10 year old Rose, a child who has not spoken since the death of her mother. Now Reilly wants life - a real life - and looks to Sturges to release him from the burden of his immortality.
