A mixed media video art and music piece combining visual art, graphic design, music, poetry, film and field recordings. The piece is an examination of a traumatic event documented in real time through creative expression.
A system of stencils or "mattes" act as the films visual and spatial script.
The images which are pushed through the mattes fluctuating grid system, were documented over the course of a 12 hour day. Through this puzzle, relationships form and new roots emerge. Matte study was edited "in camera".

Early in the Covid pandemic Ralph Fiennes set himself the challenge of committing 'Four Quartets' to memory. This cinematic adaptation, filmed shortly after the conclusion of Fiennes original stage production, is an exquisite rendering of Fiennes' tour de force performance, seamlessly transposed from stage to screen, featuring the landscapes in the poem.

An animation series that draws attention to the collective amnesia of the 1922 Great Fire of Smyrna/Izmir by examining the urban park, Fuar, built on top of its ruins. By layering two different printmaking techniques, drypoint etching and risograph, the project seeks to explore and highlight the contrast between eras and to inform them of each other.
