The silent personal archive of deceased filmmaker Terra Miller is laid out against all that remains of one of Miller’s final pieces, an acerbic audio recording of Isabella Berretta, founder of organisation The Fire Brigade. The youngest member of this organisation, Terra’s brother Jaric, whose movements appear to cross time and space in the archive, becomes the physical narrator to Berretta’s vocal presence, at times in synergy, at others in conflict with each other.
A chance encounter between a shy, introverted woman and a loud, over-confident teenage girl takes a deeper turn when personal secrets are inadvertently revealed, and confessions take the place of pleasantries.
In a place where killers are celebrated as heroes, these filmmakers challenge unrepentant death-squad leaders to dramatize their role in genocide. The result is a surreal, cinematic journey, not only into the memories and imaginations of mass murderers, but also into a frighteningly banal regime of corruption and impunity (TIFF 2012).

THE SEPARATION LINE exposes a British border shared by hundreds of civilians and members of the Armed Forces. Between 2007 and 2011 the small English market town of Wootton Bassett became the site for the British repatriation ceremonies and during an eighteen-month period between February 2010 and August 2011 all the repatriation ceremonies that passed through the town from 2010 to 2011, including the concluding ceremony in August 2011 were filmed. Filming alternative aspects and perspectives to that of documentaries and regular media coverage, the work shares an experience of the repatriations that has not been presented nationally or internationally.

In this David and Goliath tale for the 21st century, a group of proud Scottish homeowners take on Donald Trump, as he gets set to destroy one of Britain's last wilderness areas in order to build a luxury golf resort. We follow the local residents as they make their last stand in the face of security harassment, constant legal threats and the cutting off of their water and electricity supplies. Director Anthony Baxter himself becomes international news after being thrown in jail following an interview with Trump’s green keeper. Told entirely without narration, You've Been Trumped captures the cultural chasm between the glamorous, jet-setting and media savvy Donald Trump and a deeply rooted Scottish community. For the tycoon, the golf course is just another deal, with a possible billion dollar payoff. For the residents, it represents the destruction of a globally unique landscape that has been the backdrop for their lives.
