Synopsis

TELL THEM YOU LOVE ME explores the extraordinary story of Anna Stubblefield, an esteemed university professor who becomes embroiled in a controversial affair with Derrick Johnson, a non-verbal man with cerebral palsy. Anna says she unlocked Derrick's mind from his body by teaching him to communicate using a keyboard. Synopsis

Two teenage boys from very different London backgrounds embark on a road trip North together. Nathan is running away from his foster home in search of his sister who he thinks lives in Scotland, while Sam is heading to the North-East of England to see his mum. After a chance encounter, Sam agrees to give Nathan a ride North in his mum’s car, and as their impromptu adventure together takes an unexpected turn, the boys begin to open up and learn they have far more in common than they first thought. Synopsis

After the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran, a boy grew up obsessed with all the movies he couldn't see. He met a mysterious film collector who saved thousands of films from destruction by the new regime. Despite arrest and torture, the collector refused to give up his secret hoard. Together they forged a friendship based on passion for cinema and resistance against tyranny. The boy escaped to exile in London to become a filmmaker, and tells their shared story of obsession and celluloid dreams.
