Synopsis

An estate agent, desperate to sell a Show Home before he is delisted, encounters a beautiful but mysterious viewer who refuses to leave the house. As they move from room to room and her behaviour turns more erratic, he wonders if he might get lucky with a sale, or with more.

After eating the mushrooms, the teenagers start to see terrifying visions and one of them turns up horrifically mutilated.
