STEPNEY WESTERN is an experimental documentary made in collaboration with young inner city horse riders from Stepney Bank Stables in Byker, Newcastle. It is loosely centred on their Alternative Provision programme — a unique alternative for teenagers who struggle in mainstream education settings.
